Windows 8.1 is the latest version of Windows, and Microsoft is skipping a Windows 9 to go straight to a Windows 10 (wouldn’t it be better to completely re-brand and go with calling it Windows X)?

I like Windows 10, but disabling gadgets is something I can't agree with at all! Yet, if for any reason you'd like to remove even the option of using gadgets, it's easy, read this short post. After major updates of the Windows OS, such as the Creators Update, you may need to re-enable your gadgets.
